Recover. Reset. Go Again.
Our training weeks are focused and intentionally rigorous. When the weekend arrives, it’s time to recharge. Bridge Weekends allow athletes to connect multiple sessions while building in intentional recovery. Think sleep-in mornings, extra electives, extended pool time, and a signature off-site adventure like a Six Flags, ziplining, and water parks. It’s a chance to reset physically, reconnect with friends, and return to training refreshed and ready to go again.
Lake Compounce
BRIDGE A: July 4th
On July 4th, athletes will head off campus to Lake Compounce - an action-packed amusement and water park in Connecticut with thrilling coasters, splash-filled rides, and attractions for all ages

BRIDGE B: July 11th
BRIDGE E: August 1st
On July 11th and August 1st bridge weekenders will venture to Brownstone Adventure Sports Park - a waterfront adventure park featuring zip lines, cliff jumps, water inflatables, wakeboarding, and outdoor challenges.

BRIDGE C: July 18th
On July 18th, athletes will head off campus to Six Flags New England - a premier thrill park packed with world-class roller coasters, high-energy rides, and a full water park experience.

BRIDGE D: July 25th
On July 25th, campers will spend the day at The Adventure Park at Storrs - an outdoor aerial adventure park featuring treetop climbing trails, zip lines, and challenge courses of varying levels.
