Play the long game.

We are sports fans. We are camp fans. We cheer on our teammates. We cheer on our fellow campers. We get excited when they try something new and encourage them to try it again when it doesn’t go as planned.

More than an athlete.

Our soccer players are more than just a soccer player. Our tennis players are musicians. Our baseball players are readers. Our volleyball players are, well, lacrosse players. They are an 11 year old away from home for the first time. They are a 15 year old from another country. They are more than an athlete.

Find the joy.

Sport ought to bring joy into one’s life. It can be experienced during a hard training session in the sun, as much as playing a dodgeball game in a wig. Joy comes from engaging in your sport in a way that nourishes you as a person and motivates you as an athlete.

Academy Camps is a collection of diverse athletes united by a shared goal - to become a better athlete. But we do not do this alone. We are part of a team that supports, encourages, and drives one another to our full potential.

Together, we celebrate victories. And together, we lift each other through challenges. We are stronger, more resilient, and more determined as one. As a team. As Team AC.
