From wake-up to wind-down, each day at Academy Camps is designed to fuel both physical and mental growth. Campers start with an energizing morning routine, then move through a full day of focused training, recovery, and team-building. All crafted to help them grow as athletes and as people.
A new day begins as your Dorm Coaches make sure you're up on time, have your gear and are ready for the day ahead.
Start strong with a healthy breakfast full of delicious choices to power a day of performance and activities. And don't forget to pick your afternoon elective with your new friends.
Get focused, hear the plan, and if your teammates deem you worthy, you can ring the bell to start the day. Let's go get better!
Dive into your core sport with high-intensity coaching, drills, and gameplay.
Recharge with light recovery, hydration, and downtime before the next session. Relax in the Athletes Lounge with ping-pong or a card game, head to the quad for spikeball or to hang with friends, hit the open gym for basketball or pickleball, or return to the dorms for a well-deserved rest.
Refuel with an athlete’s meal of healthy carbs, protein, fruits, and vegetables alongside teammates and friends.
Digest your lunch, relax, connect, and reset before heading out for your second training session of the day.
Back on the fields and courts to sharpen your skills and build your game.
Grab a quick bite and connect with your friends before afternoon electives.
Head off with your friends to try a new sport, adventure, or participate in one of our performance or wellness training sessions.
Clean up, cool down, and get ready for a great evening ahead.
Enjoy a well earned meal to celebrate the day’s efforts and wind down.
Every night, there are camp-wide events, competitions, and social activities to enjoy.
Chill time to hang with friends, games, music, and snacks from the snack shack.
Time to head back to the dorms and start winding down for the night.
