MULTI-SESSION DISCOUNT:
Receive $1,000 OFF each additional session after the first (each additional session = $2,000)
SIBLING DISCOUNT:
Receive $175 OFF tuition for each additional child enrolled in any session
GROUP DISCOUNT:
3–4 campers enrolled: receive 5% OFF tuition
5+ campers enrolled: receive 10% OFF tuition
Bridge Weekend Program
All of our sessions can be combined to create a longer experience for athletes. During the Bridge Weekend our campers and staff take a day-trip off campus to nearby attractions. Additionally, we spend quality time on campus and get some much needed rest in between sessions.
The Bridge Weekend Program is an additional $500.

At Academy Camps, we believe if a young athlete is excited to train, grow, and improve in a sport they love they should have the chance to be part of Team AC. Our camp community is made up of families from many different backgrounds, and each year we invest in our Tuition Assistance Program to help make that possible.

capacity driven by quality
Capacity at Academy Camps is intentionally designed around quality, not volume. Each of our 8 sports has its own carefully set capacity to ensure athletes receive focused coaching, ample space, and meaningful reps during every session. By limiting numbers on each court and field, we create an environment where training stays purposeful, competitive, and personalized - never overcrowded.
As sessions begin to fill, we proactively communicate with families through our Academy Camps channels so they can plan ahead and secure the best experience for their athlete.
Camper Refund Plan
The Camper Refund Plan protects parents against the forfeiture of Deposit and Tuition if their camper is withdrawn from the camp, provided that process is initiated by March 15th.
After that date, no refunds will be made. Payment for the Refund Plan of $250 must be included with the deposit, and this fee is non-refundable.
